adidas Sennheiser Headphones 2009

I always thought adidas builds shoes and knits some apparel. Not so true anymore…

2007 adidas created a trainingstool with POLAR
2008 adidas introduced the miCoach Samsung cellphone.
2009 adidas replaced it with the miCoach Pacer after realizing that most people have already a cellphone and wont buy a new one for training purposes. MICOACH.com explains more
2009 adidas also presents together with Sennheiser a great Headphone set. To make it look adidas-ish, it got adidas cool Originals Logos all over the place.

FIFA World Cup fever started!

Just some minutes ago, the draw of the groups for the FIFA Worldcup finished.

Here the groups:

Group A: South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France
Group B: Argentina, Nigeria, Korea Republic, Greece
Group C: England, USA, Algeria, Slovenia
Group D: Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana,
Group E: Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Cameroon
Group F: Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, Slovakia
Group G: Brazil, Korea DPR, Côte d’Ivoire, Portugal
Group H: Spain, Switzerland, Honduras, Chile

England seems to be a lucky team here. Although they should not underestimate the US soccer team. Dont be arrogant!

France got a tough group, as well as Netherlands. Germany has good chances to make it relaxed to the next round. The most exiting group will be Group G. Brazil (excolony) and Portugal (their ex-colonialist)  in one group! Thats going to be phantastic matches.

XMAS means typically a lot of Charity activities. adidas obviously does those things too: Some adidas Originals stores, including the ones in Lenox Mall, Atlanta and on 136  Wooster Street, NYC, (check for more on www.adidas.com/conceptstores) are holding a special charity-oriented sneaker swap this year, in which your participation can earn you a sizable discount. You can donate your (already worn, but still OK-being) shoes and the adidas Originals team will give you 30% off a new pair of one of their models. The stores will also host refreshments,  giveaways, and 20% off other shopping purchases, with DJ Ruckus and DJ Mel Debarge providing music for the respective locations. Just found some pics in a gallery on celebritybabyscoop.com showing David Beckham’s totally new adidas Predator X shoes.

They got embroidered with his kids’ names: Cruz, Romeo and Brooklyn:

This colorway is not yet available online or anywhere else. The Predator X which was just released is the white / yellow version  and the classical black / red / white version.
